
Janice Purnell is a professional face painter doing business as Faces of Joy. She has been face painting for over three years and is fully insured through Beauty and Bodywork Insurance. She uses only FDA-approved, non-toxic paints specifically designed for face and body art.

What’s included
- Face painting averages 10–12 *guests per hour (depending on designs).
- *Children must be over the age of 3, per insurance policy.
- Communicating Joy provides paints and supplies, plus tent/chairs as needed.
- Please allow 30 minutes for setup before and 30 minutes for teardown after.
Payment & travel
- Payment accepted: cash, cashier’s check, personal check, credit card (+3% processing fee), or Stripe.
- Travel fees apply for events more than 20 miles from Mishawaka. Client reimburses parking fees (due day of event).
- Outdoor painting is not available below 50°F.
Arrival clause & cancellations
- The client agrees to pay the full contracted amount once Communicating Joy has arrived at the event location.
- Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be responsible for the remaining balance.
